Over 28 years I've built a technology company from zero employees to a true multi-tenant, single-instance SaaS platform processing $1.6B+ in transactions — with bidirectional near-real-time integration to commercial systems using master data management and golden record patterns, no Zapier required. That's an architecture most SaaS companies never achieve. I grew an enterprise consulting practice from scratch to 70+ professionals and $20M in annual revenue at Blackbaud, and collaborated with the Gates Foundation and the UN. I hold a US patent for cross-domain payment processing.
Today I run AI Implementation Group, where I help organizations design, govern, and implement AI that actually works. I'm also building — actively writing code across 9 projects spanning clinical AI, multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, and developer tooling.
