About AI Implementation Group
AI Implementation Group was founded to help organizations navigate the gap between AI ambition and AI reality. Too many organizations invest in AI technology without the governance, compliance, and architecture needed to make it work at scale. We exist to close that gap.
Our practice spans regulated industries: healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and defense, and international nonprofits. In healthcare, we design AI governance frameworks, observability programs, and enterprise AI infrastructure for payers and health systems. In financial services, we bring nearly 15 years of experience building payment platforms, ML fraud detection, and compliance automation. In manufacturing, we build AI-powered production scheduling and multi-agent systems. In the nonprofit sector, we build ISAE 3402 compliance programs, data governance frameworks, and technology modernization strategies for organizations operating across 80+ countries.
We work with organizations directly and in partnership with consulting firms that need specialized AI governance, compliance, and implementation expertise for their clients.
